User Rights & Responsibilities
Customers are entitled to receive products that match their descriptions, specifications, and intended functionality, and that meet reasonable quality standards under normal use conditions. We are committed to ensuring that all products supplied meet the standards outlined in our product listings and related service policies.
Upon delivery, customers are encouraged to inspect their items promptly and carefully. If any damage caused during transit is discovered, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, together with clear supporting evidence such as photographs or videos. Timely reporting helps us coordinate with logistics partners and provide an appropriate resolution more efficiently.
To preserve product performance and warranty eligibility, customers must follow the recommended usage instructions and avoid any unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modification of the product. Any damage or malfunction resulting from unauthorized interference may result in the warranty being voided.
Warranty & Returns
We provide a 2-year statutory warranty covering manufacturing defects, hardware faults, and functional failures that occur under normal and intended use conditions. This warranty applies to original product quality issues and is intended to ensure that customers receive reliable after-sales protection for eligible products.
In addition, we offer a 14-day no-reason return policy, allowing customers to request a return within the eligible return window in accordance with our return procedures. Returned items must generally be kept in appropriate condition and meet the return requirements outlined in our policy.
For confirmed quality-related issues, defective items, or incorrect shipments, we will bear the full return shipping costs as well as any applicable taxes or related charges associated with the return or replacement process. Our aim is to provide a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly solution whenever a verified issue occurs.
Liability & Compliance
Our products are designed and supplied in accordance with the applicable regulations of the target market, including relevant compliance and data protection requirements such as GDPR, where applicable. We are committed to operating responsibly and maintaining standards that support both product quality and user rights.
While we take full responsibility for verified product quality issues within the scope of our policy, we are not liable for damage, loss, or malfunction resulting from improper use, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, water exposure, dropping, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the original amount paid for the order in question.
